Technology and implementation of Enterprise Smart Data Platform (ESD)

ESD operates on the basis of complicated algorithms that use methods and techniques of artificial intelligence. In short, its operation is based on the following steps:

  • inflectional analysis of statements (recognition of forms of expression and detection of parts of speech),
  • analysis of correct spelling,
  • keyword analysis guiding towards the topic and context of the conversation,
  • if the question is imprecise - clarifying questions,
  • searching for answers with regard to the context, the topic of conversation and other parameters, and synonyms in the knowledge database and external systems (in the Internet using a semantic search engine or identified databases),
  • saving the parameters of conversations and displaying answers together with the synthesis of voice and character animation of the Virtual Assistant (chatbot). Optionally, the opening of an electronic document or a specified web page.

From a technological perspective, the solution is created in enterprise-class technologies (Java, Oracle database) and includes the RWD, Web 3.0 and HTML5 technologies.
